These terms govern your use of NoDowntimeShield. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

NoDowntimeShield is a security monitoring platform. We scan domains you control, surface security findings, and alert you to threats.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping credentials secret, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring the people you invite are authorised to act on your behalf.

3. Fair use and scope

You may only scan assets you own, control, or have explicit written permission to scan. See our Acceptable Use Policy — that document forms part of these terms.

4. Pricing and billing

Prices are as shown on the pricing page. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew monthly; annual subscriptions auto-renew annually. Price changes apply from the next renewal after 30 days' notice. Refunds are at our discretion and require a written request within 14 days of charge.

5. Your data

Your scan results, findings, and uploaded manifests remain yours. We act as processor for that data; see our Privacy Policy and DPA.

6. Availability and SLA

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Service credits apply to subscriptions with a written SLA — all other plans are best-effort.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will detect every vulnerability or prevent every attack. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of the AUP, failure to pay, or legal obligation.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law
