Uptime & status monitoring

How we probe your domains every 5 minutes, when down alerts fire, and how to avoid false 'down' reports from a firewall.

Downtime costs you customers and trust, and it often happens quietly at 2am. Uptime monitoring watches every domain you've added and tells you the moment one stops responding — so you're not the last to know.

What it does

  • Probes every active domain every 5 minutes from our monitoring network.
  • Fires a critical alert on the first transition from up → down, through the same channels as your other alerts (email, WhatsApp), so you don't wait for a customer to report it.
  • Logs recovery too, so you can see exactly how long an outage lasted.
  • Shows live status for each domain — a green "up" or red "down" badge — plus the time of the last probe.

How to set it up

  1. Add your domains under Domains & Assets. Any active domain is picked up for uptime monitoring automatically — there's no separate switch.
  2. Open Uptime to see current status and history.
  3. Important for sites behind a firewall or WAF: a security rule that blocks our checker looks identical to a real outage. If the page shows a monitoring IP, allowlist it on your firewall or CDN so our probe can always reach you. This is the single most common cause of false "down" alerts.

How to read your results

  • The status grid shows every monitored domain with an up/down badge and the last-probed time. Click a domain to open its asset detail.
  • The recent incidents timeline lists down and up events with timestamps — read it top to bottom to reconstruct an outage: a red "down" marker followed by a green "up" marker tells you the start, end, and duration.
  • A brand-new account shows an empty timeline until the first event; that's normal and simply means nothing has gone down yet.

If you get a "down" alert but the site loads fine for you, check the firewall allowlist first — nine times out of ten that's the culprit, not a real outage.
