Billing FAQ

Plans

  • Basic — single domain, daily scans, email alerts.
  • Standard — up to 5 domains, all scanners, email + Slack.
  • Pro — up to 25 domains, GitHub App, WhatsApp alerts, white-label PDF reports.
  • Business — unlimited domains, SSO, dedicated support, custom contract.

Payment methods

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and ACH bank transfer. SEPA / wire transfer is available on annual Business plans.

Annual vs monthly

Annual plans receive a 15% discount. Switch from monthly to annual at any time — we credit unused monthly time.

Trial

14-day free trial on every plan. No credit card required to start. We send three reminder emails — day 3, day 7, day 12 — before the trial ends.

Coupons

Coupons are validated server-side. Some are one-per-customer; some have monthly redemption caps. The coupon field on checkout will tell you immediately if it is valid.

Invoices

Available in Settings → Billing → Invoices. Download as PDF. We auto-charge the saved card on the renewal date.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, we run our dunning ladder: day 1 reminder, day 3 reminder, day 7 final notice, day 14 downgrade to free. You can update your card any time in Settings → Billing.

Refunds

Pro-rated refunds on annual plans within 30 days of payment. Monthly plans are non-refundable but cancellable any time.

Plan downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then.

Tax

Stripe Tax computes VAT/GST/sales-tax on every invoice based on your billing address. EU/UK customers can add a VAT ID to receive a reverse-charge invoice.

Lifetime deal

Lifetime deals are sold occasionally during launch periods. Once redeemed, the plan is locked for life — no recurring charges, no upgrade path. Limited inventory.

Pay-per-scan

If you exceed your plan's monthly scan limit, we offer single-scan top-ups at $X each. Click the prompt at the limit-reached modal to purchase.
