Agency / MSP console — managing multiple clients

Run a multi-client portfolio from one screen, read the roll-up, scope team members to specific clients, and jump into a client's dashboard.

If you look after security for several businesses, you don't want to log in and out of a dozen accounts. The agency / MSP console gives you every client in one portfolio, sorted so the ones that need you most are at the top.

What the console does

  • One portfolio, worst first. Every client organisation you manage is listed with a unified health score and grade, its open critical findings, and when it was last scanned — ordered weakest-posture-first so the riskiest client is always on top.
  • A portfolio roll-up across the top: number of clients, average health score across scanned clients, total open critical findings, and how many clients need attention (a low score, no recent scan, or open criticals).
  • A live critical and high feed showing the most recent serious findings across all your clients, each labelled with the client it belongs to.
  • Bulk actions — filter the list and trigger a rescan across clients, or open a white-label preview for any one of them.
  • Jump straight in. Click a client to enter their dashboard and work as if you were inside their account.

Per-client scoping

You don't have to give every team member the keys to every client. Scoped access limits a member to only the clients they've been assigned. A scoped member sees a clear banner explaining they can view just their clients, and the portfolio and feed are filtered to match — an agency admin controls who is assigned to what.

How to set it up

  1. The console is part of the white-label plan. If you don't have it yet, you'll be sent to billing to upgrade.
  2. Add the client organisations you manage to your agency account.
  3. To limit a team member, assign them to specific clients so their access is scoped.
  4. Open the MSP console for the full portfolio view, or the simpler MSP portal for a client list with scores, grades, and an Enter link per client.

How to read your results

  • Start with the roll-up: "clients needing attention" is your daily to-do count.
  • Work the client table top to bottom — weakest posture first is deliberate.
  • Scan the critical & high feed for anything new across the whole book of business.
  • Use Enter (or the white-label preview) to drop into a client and fix or explain a finding in their own dashboard.
